rather:
brown? almost
manual? check
wagon? check?
silky BMWI6? check
Which one of us used to own it?
But seriously, a manual wagon 3 series is almost guaranteed to be owned by a car guy, so its been well maintained. get it.

Same as a regular 325Xi just has a big butt.

Nice find. The RWD manual E91 is more rare and would be a bit more fun to drive without the extra xDrive weight, but you can't really go wrong with a manual BMW.

335xis have added oomph but these have less to go wrong and that great engine.

Those rims are so unfortunate, but the rest of the car and price is so epic, who cares!?

i might be a little concerned about the clutch at that age. maybe the diffs (if they havent been serviced). but other wise, no. If you have service record for it, you are golden.

It's just a little heavier, still very good.

how bad is the understeer? is this a car i can take on drives thru the mountains?

That car looks nice all around and those motors are bulletproof. Within 200k miles it might need (but I doubt) a waterpump/thermostat, but other than that it looks good.

There is no 335 wagon in the States unfortunately

That's a pity. Everybody should have their wagon needs fulfilled.

Eh, I'd rather have a 330i wagon with an exhaust, headers, intake, and a tune with the sound, responsiveness, power delivery, smoothness, and reliability over some 335i turbocharged torque I couldn't use on track due to heat soak.

Heat soak is a factor. Isn't it worse on the larger engines though?
